How spicy is Backyard Blaze?

Backyard Blaze brings a noticeable habanero kick while still letting the smoky barbecue flavor shine through.

How long does an unopened bottle last?

Unopened bottles are best enjoyed within one year when stored in a cool, dry place. Refrigerate after opening.

Can I sample the sauces before buying?

Absolutely! If you visit me at a farmers market or event, I'd love for you to try all three sauces before deciding on your favorite.

Which sauce should I try first?

If you're not sure where to start, I usually recommend Sweet 'n Smokey. It was my very first recipe, and it's incredibly versatile—great on everything from burgers and ribs to even chicken nuggets.

If you're looking for a little more heat, Backyard Blaze is the next step. If you're a bourbon fan, Bourbon Drizzle is hard to beat on pork and ham.

Which sauce is your most popular?

Surprisingly, Bourbon Drizzle has quickly become my best seller. Every flavor has its loyal fans, but Bourbon Drizzle is usually the first bottle to sell out at events.

Do you offer shipping or delivery?

Not at this time. Current Minnesota Cottage Food regulations do not allow me to ship orders or use third-party delivery services. Online orders are currently available for local pickup in Coon Rapids, and you can also purchase sauce from me at my upcoming markets and events.

Do your sauces need to be refrigerated?

Unopened bottles can be stored in a cool, dry place. Once opened, they should be refrigerated to maintain their best quality and flavor.
